Wycentaur Tea LLC stands behind every product we sell under the Pipi Tea brand. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. This policy sets out how returns, exchanges, and shipping work — plainly and without unnecessary complexity.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@centaurtea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods are outside our control. We will provide tracking information for all orders.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
